How it works

Your branding meets our booking system

We've spent a long time making the booking flow easy to read and easy to use, and that part is done. You bring your branding, and we handle the onboarding from first conversation to go-live. Most practices are taking online bookings within a few weeks.

Step 1: Discovery

A conversation about your practice. We map the services you want bookable online, their durations, which practitioners take them, and how your team wants bookings to flow. This is also where we connect your practice management software. Integrations are built per system and proven on a private test environment before anything goes live.

Step 2: Design

We build your booking page in your colours and logo, on your own domain. It looks like your practice, because it is. The flow underneath stays the one we've refined: big tap targets, plain language, one decision per screen, and readable on the phones your patients actually use.

Step 3: Testing and approval

You get a private UAT site and try the whole flow yourself: book, change your mind, book again, check it lands in your appointment book correctly. We fix whatever you flag. Nothing goes live until you've signed it off. No surprises on launch day.

Step 4: Consider it booked

Your booking page goes live and you add the link to your website and Google profile. Bookings flow into your appointment book, your practice software sends the confirmations and reminders, and reception gets time back. From there it just runs, and we keep it running.

What do we need from you?

  • Your logo and brand colours
  • The services you want bookable online, with durations
  • API access to your practice management software (we walk you through requesting it)
  • Someone who can review the UAT site and give the sign-off

That's the whole list. Setup is a one-off investment quoted for your practice, and the rest is one flat monthly fee. See pricing.

Onboarding questions, answered

How long does Book Lab onboarding take?

Most practices go from first conversation to live bookings within a few weeks. The pace is usually set by how quickly the practice can review the UAT site and grant API access to their practice software.

What do we need to provide?

Your logo and colours, the list of services you want bookable online, API access to your practice management software, and someone who can review and approve the test site.

Do we need to change our existing website?

No. The booking page lives on its own address. You add a booking link or button to your website and Google profile, and that's it.

Can we test it before it goes live?

Yes, always. You try the whole booking flow on a private UAT site first. Nothing goes live until you've signed it off.
